Quaint Victorian Charm Awaits You
The moment I entered the Black Swan Inn, I was enveloped in the warmth of its character. The gorgeous stained glass windows and carefully preserved woodwork make it an enchanting atmosphere. Every morning, I savored the lemon blueberry pancakes, a breakfast delight prepared with such care by the charming staff. The innkeepers, John and Patricia, truly made me feel at home, as though visiting cherished friends. I also adored the cozy reading nooks, perfect for unwinding with a book after a day of exploring the area.
However, I did have some minor inconveniences. the bathroom for my room was down the hall, which might not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, the mirror was positioned too high for a short guest like me, which made getting ready a little tricky. Though these quirks provided some challenges, the positives far outweighed them, making my stay memorable nonetheless.

While the King Suite has notable charm, the old bathtub's lack of repairs could frustrate those looking for a relaxing soak. the shower does the job but lacks character. Additionally, the ongoing renovations hinted at potential noise, though they were not overly disruptive during my visit. Some may find the room slightly cozy, which could feel a bit cramped if you're packing for an extended stay.
